What do we need to pay attention to when making plastic molds?
First, do not only focus on product design, ignoring plastic mold manufacturing.

2, mold maker can do design preparation in advance, to prevent hasty ill-considered, affecting the schedule;
The production of high-quality plastic mold, only supply and demand sides work closely together, in order to ultimately reduce costs and shorten the cycle.
Second, do not just look at the price, from the quality, cycle, service all-round consideration.
1, there are many types of molds, which can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to the part material, physical and chemical properties, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economy and other different requirements, choose different types of mold forming;
2, high precision requirements of the mold need to use high-precision CNC machine tool processing, and mold materials, molding process have strict requirements, but also need to use CAD/CAE/CAM mold technology to design, analysis;

4, the manufacturer should have CNC, EDM, wire cutting machine tools and CNC copy milling equipment, high-precision grinding machine, high-precision three-coordinate measuring instrument, computer design and related software;
5, a large stamping die (such as automotive cover mold) to consider whether the machine tool has a crimping mechanism, and even side lubricants, multi-station progressive. In addition to stamping tonnage should also consider the punch, feeding devices, machine tools and mold protection devices;
6, the above means of manufacturing molds and processes are not every enterprise has and master, in the selection of collaborative manufacturers must understand its processing capabilities, not only look at the hardware equipment, but also combined with the level of management, processing experience and technical strength;
7, for the same set of molds, different manufacturers offer sometimes a big difference. You should not overestimate the value of the mold, but also should not be less than the minimum cost of mold production. Mold manufacturers like you to make a reasonable profit in the business. Ordering a set of molds with a much lower quote can be the beginning of trouble. The user has to weigh all aspects of their requirements.
Third, to avoid multiple collaboration, as far as possible plastic mold production and processing of a dragon.
1, with a qualified mold (test piece qualified), not necessarily produce a batch of qualified products. This is mainly related to the parts of the machine tool selection, molding process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and the operator's technical qualities.
