1 try to use low temperature injection molding.
Under the premise of guaranteeing the plasticizing quality of TPE raw materials, try to reduce the extrusion temperature, and the use of increased injection pressure and screw speed to reduce the melt viscosity, to improve the fluidity of the purpose. When the surface of the material injected from the nozzle is smooth and shiny, you can tell that the plasticizing quality is good. If the strip injected from the nozzle is very bright, you can tell that the barrel temperature can be lowered. As far as possible to use low-temperature injection molding, can reduce the cooling time, thereby improving customer productivity.
2 holding pressure as small as possible.
General holding pressure is smaller than the injection pressure, holding time can be selected by weighing the product, to TPE raw material weight no longer increase, or to the customer to accept the shrinkage mark shall prevail. If you find that the gate is easy to break when demolding, with trick two can not work, then reduce the holding pressure should be feasible.
3 TPE raw material surface such as strict requirements, injection molding before drying.
Generally hopper drying 70 ~ 80 ℃ / 2h or tray drying 80 ~ 100 ℃ / 1h. For tray drying, it should be noted that the thickness of the material layer is generally not more than 50mm is good. It is recommended to use tray drying. If the surface of the injection molded strips of material with blistering, or cut the strips of material, found inside the hollow, or found on the surface of the product and scattered silver, it can be clear that the TPE raw material contains too much water.
4 if it is a multi-stage injection, the speed from slow to fast.

5 Upper parabolic temperature setting.
The temperature is very high in the middle zone of the screw, slightly lower in the charging section, and slightly lower in the nozzle. Typical temperature settings are 150~170℃ (feed), 170~180℃ (center), 190~200℃ (front), 180℃ (nozzle). This temperature setting is only as a reference data, the specific temperature can be adjusted according to the specific physical properties of different TPE raw materials. If you find the TPE raw material content bulging (gas package inside), easy to break the gate when demolding, you can refer to the trick two to make adjustments.
