A: It is very important to match the thermoforming mold with the machine, so the mold must be made according to the machine used before opening the mold. Frequent mold changes should be avoided during the production process. Because in changing the mold, it is inevitable to cause some damage to the precision of the mold.
What is the most suitable temperature?
A: When processing common materials (PP, PS, PVC, etc.), the temperature of the mold is generally 16-18℃. It is worth mentioning that the mold temperature should not be lower than 10℃. Condensation will affect product quality and lead to mold rust.
Which part of the mold is the most important?
A: The knife edge of the mold is the most important part. A relatively constant temperature (±5°C) of the upper and lower mold kerf will equalize the kerf expansion (thermal expansion and contraction principle). Otherwise, the cutter will wear out or even crack due to poor cutter grinding.
How to carry out inspection?
A: Check the cooling water system daily and change the water regularly. If it is heavily polluted, cleaning agents and solvents should be added to clean it so as not to block the mold waterway.

A: Lubricate the guide bush of linear bearing guide column twice a week; lubricate the tension rod and ejector rod every 8 hours and check whether the nuts are loose.
What work is required before storage?
A: Before storage, use air to remove any cooling water left in the mold waterway, then place the mold in a dry environment. If the ambient air humidity is high, the surface of the mold should be coated with petroleum jelly or sprayed with rust inhibitor for protection. The upper and lower molds should be placed separately as far as possible, with the top and tension rods vertically upward to prevent the molds from being deformed. If conditions do not allow, should be added between the upper and lower mold cutter straight plate, so as not to damage the cutter.
